2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Minimum 4 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes.

• No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

3. Payments

• Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

• Service charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

• Please notify staff during the session if you are dissatisfied, so we can assist.
